Can you imagine the stamping process for the metal on that Ute? That quarter panel is quite a punch ..... that’s for sharing
Some guy in Nebraska has it and he restored it to its full glorified self and has it on BAT for 45,000 bucks.Nope. I had a 1976 Maverick Sedan of all things with an orange interior. I thought it was great at the time. I wonder what ever happened to that car.
Not my first; back in the day had a yellow 4 door Mav w/ a 200CID V6; and it only took 7 wks to order it!!As a MAVERICK owner myself, I am curious if folks have owned a Maverick in the past or still own one currently?
TexasWhich state do you think will be the first state for the very first retail delivery of a new Ford Maverick?
This could be interesting since the trucks will be coming up from Mexico.......
When I meet my wife, she had a 1971 basic Maverick. 2 door, 6 cyl, 3 on the tree standard trans, am radio, and a heater! She drove stick shift. We replaced the maverick with a 1977 Honda Accord, and always standard transmission cars, and trucks. Now the only car we have with a standard stick shift with O/D is our 1956 Thunderbird. My last 3 trucks were stick, but my Maverick has a ECVT, and she has a MDX. Over the years, I've owned many sports cars, all standard. As a MAVERICK owner myself, I am curious if folks have owned a Maverick in the past or still own one currently?
WOW! I though I had the only one with the horn going off in the middle of the night. I met my wife in 1972, and when we got married she moved to New Jersey with her 1971 Maverick. I remember having to go out in the night to disconnect the horn to stop it from blowing. I forgot all about that, I'll remind her and see if she recalls how many times I did that!I had a '71. Puke green and rust with a white top. 200 inline 6 AT. Slammed on the brakes one day to avoid an accident and put my heel right through the floor. Owned it for 6 months until the frame rusted through. MN winter salty road victim. When the temps dropped near -10 degrees (f) the horn would sound off until the battery died. I'm hoping the truck fares better!
Is that how it looks today? If so, well done!As a MAVERICK owner myself, I am curious if folks have owned a Maverick in the past or still own one currently?
