Who's got a 2" hitch receiver on the FRONT of their Maverick?

If you can put a "baseplate" on the front and pull your whole vehicle with that, I should be able to put a cargo carrier, ice chest, winch, bike rack, or PUSH A LIGHTWEIGHT trailer into a garage or carport.

Who's got one?

Would love to see photos.
Would love a source.

I’m hoping no one has one. I don’t see any practical applications for that thing on a maverick. But I would like to see one.

What are you going to hook it to? There is no solid frame in the front to weld or bolt onto. If you add one then you are compromising the survivability in an accident by stopping any member crushing from occuring, invalidating your insurance and maybe killing you. Yeah, we've heard it before that you don't get into accidents...

You will have to install "baseplate" to attach the receiver to the truck.

People attach a Maverick to the back of a motorhome and tow it from the front at 75 MPH.

It's even advertised in Ford Marketing.

There's plenty to bolt into.

Right. I was hoping someone has one or has seen one. I'd rather not make my own. Especially since I'm not a proficient welder.

I want to go back to the good old days where if you got into an accident, you and the other driver did pistols at 10 paces to see who was at fault.

Also, count me as interested in a front hitch.

Nonsense. There is no solid frame in the front to weld or bolt onto.

While one of the reasons I went with 4k was to tow; I can't say that I would have ever thought of doing this. This is really "out of the box". Would think using upfront carrying would conflict with many safety features on my 2025 Lariat.

XLT here.

No apparent conflict.
