Agreed, if for no other reason than if there were one, there'd be a bunch more, all at once. They gonna' run the line just for one guy's truck?Extremely skeptical Something smells like a ruse.![]()

I got my 2022 XL EB in 4 months. Ordered 1/5, VIN on 1/20, scheduled 2/3, built 3/9, shipped 3/10, and delivered 4/4. Hoping for the same on my 2023 Hybrid but know it is not likely. Not jealous, just skeptical: this same guy says he got a 2022 delivered in under 6 months. No receipts or photos for anything. Weirdly specific thing to spend time bragging about if untrue, luckiest guy alive if real. Not casting judgment, but my bullshit meter is at like, 69% until I’m proven wrong.
I think without a VIN i don't believe it.Have we decided on whether this was legit? Out of all the people on this forum just one has gotten a notice? There should be at least two or three if Ford is genuinely doing their first run scheduling as there would be more capacity to take.
You have receipts to back it up at least ¯\_(ツ)_/¯I got my 2022 XL EB in 4 months. Ordered 1/5, VIN on 1/20, scheduled 2/3, built 3/9, shipped 3/10, and delivered 4/4. Hoping for the same on my 2023 Hybrid but know it is not likely.

Oh I agree 100%, we need more proof. I was just saying it is possible but not real probable. Still hoping for the best for everyone. You have receipts to back it up at least ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
P.s. I’m not out for a witch hunt against the guy saying his 2023 truck is built, I don’t actually care, I just have a lot of time on my hands and think this is a fun internet mystery so I’m going along with it to see if it’s bullshit or not. I want it to be true tbh
You don't even need to go that far. All you need to do is pull up last year's email, change the dates in the text, and the screenshot it. It would appear as genuine because it technically is.It isn't a guarantee, but it doesn't look to be a photo-shopped photo based on the Error Level Analysis (ELA).....although all that would be needed to be photo-shopped would be the "3" in the model year and the "21" in the production week. Font looks to be the same....so a good fake if it is a fake.

Ohhh.....did not think about simply editing the text of an old email. Is the font that easy to edit? Let's see what I can make. I'll be back with my Maverick Lightning VIN in a second. You don't even need to go that far. All you need to do is pull up last year's email, change the dates in the text, and the screenshot it. Look, someone who ordered a Maverick will be the first truck down the line. But the odds of it being someone in this limited community and someone who had unbelievable luck before just makes it a tad unbelievable until we see supporting evidence.
Or at least someone else confirm.
The only reason I know is because we use that trick all the time to show off "samples" of our changes. It is much easier to just modify an existing email than to try to match the font size and kerning.Ohhh.....did not think about simply editing the text of an old email. Is the font that easy to edit?
