Used to go over that way a lot when we lived in western Colorado. My son has four Jeeps and still goes over there even though he now lives in Texas. He loves it out there! When one gets in big trouble on the trail call this guy:

Had alot of fun on Gemini Bridges, Dead Horse Road, and the easier stuff over by Fins and Things.

Awesome. Simply awesome. One question though. On the fifth or so photo in the thread it shows a pic of your dash. It shows 86 miles to empty with a half a tank of gas. How is your mileage?

Yeah, the mileage gets thrashed off-road. I don't think the computer knows how to calculate it very well. Overall, my trip from St. Louis through CO and around southern Utah and back...average 25ish MPG with a lead foot.

Great trip & pictures! That drive is on my Tremor bucket list. Is yours Avalanche Grey? I've got a twin.. Did you air down and carry a compressor? Did you carry an extra spare? I'm driving up the North Fork Rd of Glacier National Park in a couple of weeks; will post pics.

I did not air down, carry a compressor or additional spares (beyond the stock spare)...in hindsight, probably should have been more prepared given the remoteness and no service.
