Where's my Ford FITS?

Anyone else not get their free FITS accessory pack?
In October got an email stating I would get a complementary Ford FITS accessory package. Picked up my XL Hybrid in January.
Called dealership, they had no clue and are "looking into it."
Meanwhile, called ford customer service directly and they said all FITS packages were shipped to dealers and their parts department. "should have been installed when you purchased."
So now in a waiting game.

Someone in your dealer's parts department knows about it. They are shipped to the parts dept with your VIN on the box identifying it for your vehicle.

Mine was placed in my Maverick by the technician performing the PDI.

I had to approach the dealer inventory manager, whoever gets the Dealer Installed Options for the dealership, they had the FITS packages set aside...they are shipped with only identification being the VIN, so have your VIN handy!!

Didn't get mine, but I did speak to Ford marketing about it. Lady I talked with said she was escalating it up and I should hear back in a couple of weeks. I figure I'll wait another week and then hit my dealer up again.

UPDATE: Today I decided to drop by the dealership and they magically had my box of Ford FITS accessories. typical salesman: says he "just got it in yesterday." UPS post marked on December 15th 2021! so obviously it had been there for a while, even before I picked up my truck in January.
the box does have the VIN number on it.
For anyone who has not received there FITS and got the email about it, make sure to follow-up with the dealership!

I took delivery of my Maverick on Jan 19th and I still have not gotten my FITS accessories yet. I was at the dealer just now so I decided to ask the accessories guy. He doesn't know anything about it. I ask the gal at the parts dept and she told me Ford will send it to me directly. At this rate, I may never get mine.

I emailed my salesman yesterday, asking if it was there with my VIN on it. Today he called me, saying it showed up yesterday!

All's good, will pick it up next time I am in the area.

Mine was in my car when I received it. Some neat items. I’m using the cup holders and the dividers. You can only use one item at a time, other than the dividers.

My local Ford parts told me when I tried to pick mine up (no truck yet!) Said the FITS Kits come with your VIN# so it won't go to someone else

My Ford parts man said that each fits kit will come to the parts department with your vin # attached, So try call your parts manager at your dealer he should have an answer. Also I don't think it comes until your actually in production

To be fair, it may have taken a couple months to get there. You had Christmas, Covid, those zombie attacks, the asteroid scare, the Super Bowl, etc. All these things tie up deliveries.
