What's The Biggest ADM You've Seen On A Maverick?

Figured we might share what ADM's we've seen online and/or in person. I've seen a Maverick that was $5,000 over MSRP at the Sheehy Ford of Springfield Richmond. Link for reference.

In heard Ford is penalizing dealers that fail to convert a certain percentage of retail orders to sales. If true. This should keep them from trying to pull a fast one.

There is also always "bait and switch". Which when I sign a piece of paper with a price, and when I ask the dealer if they are marking up they say "no", I'd say they are guilty of such if the story changes once they have me and the item in store. Plus they would be using my goodwill to get a unit Ford would not have given them yet either.

If you have a buyer's order with a price that is signed by both you and the dealer you are in good shape.

I'm lucky. Elk Grove is in Sacramento county and we get our electricity from SMUD (Sac Municipal Utility District) and PG&E only provides gas. Every other county's electricity bordering Sac county is serviced by PG&E. I have friends in those areas that have gone days without electricity because of those PG&E shutdowns. They say it's to minimize downed wires from windy days, but the wildfires are still raging on around us. Bunch of yahoo arsonists running around starting fires for some weird twisted reasons.

All I have is a build order that I signed, but the copy they gave me doesn't have my signature, so we will see.

Visited my dealer today. Said they have 15 Mavericks on order and haven’t gotten any allocations as yet. They have a Shelby Mustang in the showroom with a $10k “market adjustment “ added to the msrp. Owner assured me they’re charging msrp on Maverick orders with no markups. Glad it’s not a “Shelby Maverick!”

Just looked at Chapman Ford's website who was advertising orders under invoice, and has 19 Mavericks over MSRP listed!
