He replied to me earlier and it was around November I think. Apparently there's going to be two different order guides the one that came out now, and the job 2 order guide.
Would it be possible to have an order put at priority 99 for now, so that an order can go in now? Or is the priority system a little different than it used to be?
Your mention of the F150 Tailgate lead me to the F150 forum and some users ended up doing that back in 2023 for that Tailgate setup...
That's unfortunate, I was really hoping to put my 2025 Lariat order in now. I guess I'll have to wait till November-ish since I want it. Seems a little weird that they're doing it that way, since people who are not following it closely could end up on either side of the cutoff and be confused...

Hi Tim,
Is it something that can be installed at the dealer, or I just wont have it and cant get it if I get a 4k AWD Hybrid Lariat on order and it gets built before Job 2? I was really excited about this feature.
I also heard whispers of a $300 credit for those who order...

There is also always "bait and switch". Which when I sign a piece of paper with a price, and when I ask the dealer if they are...

Invoice includes 400-700 in "holdback" (usually 500), which the dealer gets from the manufacturer once it's sold. This makes the profit margin about $1,200, like the guy said.
I don't completely disagree with you that it is nice to have somewhat local dealerships, for certain things, however if...
They could simply reach out to these persons and offer one of the following: A) make them AWD and adjust the price accordingly, or B) drop the 4k towing, C) let the cancel and get their deposit back (if any)
I am very happy I went with the EcoBoost hearing these things. Even if the sheet that is floating around with 22/29 listed is true, that is still an improvement over my alternatives. I would much rather suck a bit more gas in town as a trade-off to good hwy mpg, and still being able to tow a bit...
