Its quiet , if you rev it to pass you will hear the ecoboost engine whine up. You stay at a constant speed you feel the engine and electric motor work together. Depending on how fast you go, uphill/downhill, you’ll feel and hear one working more than the other.have you driven a Maverick hybrid? Wondering how it feels when driving it when you lay into it to pass somebody how it feels breaking I'm trying to find one to test drive but there impossible to find
Ive had my hybrid for almost 4k miles. I would say it has adequate power. Its great for zipping around town and commutes. Trying to pass people up the east bay hills was a struggle though…The ecvt is very refined, and the hybrid has plenty of power.
To clarify, the hybrids gas engine is not an Ecoboost. It's naturally aspirated - not a turboIts quiet , if you rev it to pass you will hear the ecoboost engine whine up.
