Perhaps there is hope! I have been a die-hard manual transmission driver for decades and was (am) concerned that I would not like the Maverick.
Looking forward to getting acquainted to this vehicle.

See the car in my avatar? It's a lot of fun to shift down a gear and punch the accelerator when it's called for.

You don't get the visceral fun of doing that in the Maverick, but you know what? I don't think you'll miss it. I don't. I step on the accelerator and it picks up speed a lot more quickly than I would have thought.
