Kevin McAllister had to deal with puddles bigger than that on the 3rd floor!

Probably just some ice melting as others have said.

Did you have frost overnight? It might simply be condensation running off your truck.

Yesterday, I had the same exact puddle first thing in the morning here in Florida after a night with much condensation on the truck (mid 40 temperature).
After checking the fluids and upon a "crawl under the truck" inspection, I found it to be water dripping from the large fiber undershield at the back end. I can only speculate that it drained into the undershield from the windshield cowl drains. Note- The truck was parked in a slight front down (15-20 degree) position.
This morning there was very light condensation and parked the same way with no puddle...
A thought- maybe the OP's condensation froze, thawed in the undershield from the heating of driving, and then drained out when stopped...
Another thing I am going to keep an eye on is whether this happens when using the windshield washer (which would confirm a draining down from the cowl.)

And, I also like cyberdog's theory. With the amount of condensation in the bed, the water could have drained from the drain holes into the undershield and went through the same freeze thaw for the OP and just drained out on mine...
truck sits in the garage overnight. No air on tonneau cover bed has never had water in it. Truck was sitting on a very slight downward tilt. It was a pretty steady drip. ????

That seems like a really big puddle to be anything other than water. Like, shouldn't something be blowing up by now if it's not condensation?

So no condensation, or frost. Constant drip, you saw it dripping? Did it stop? If it stopped then it is condenser or heat related.
I think I am with others saying you got to feel/smell/taste (although if it is anything but water, you should feel or smell it without having to taste)
I’m still leaning toward ac condenser. Sometimes the outlet can get plugged a little, which slows down the drip, so if you drive (even for a short distance) the water accumulates and takes a while to drain. A minor partial plug can clear on it’s own and then you won’t see the problem repeat itself until the next time it partially plugs.

When you gotta go... you gotta go...

Park elsewhere and monitor it. Cardboard if needed. Monitor your fluid level before and after as well.

Hopefully just condensation or a leaky bladder from a cat with kidney issues...

It's condensation, my maverick puddled in my driveway quite often. Everytime it dries, there's no evidence it was ever there, so it's water. Not coolant or oil or anything like that.

Put a tray under it or a piece of cardboard with a garbage bag on top. Then check it out in the AM.

Beyond all of the silly reply posts.
Anytime, you see something like this... 🤔

CHECK under the hood. Are ALL of the fluid containers, up to their required levels.
Touch and Smell, YES! 🤧
Water (condensation, etc...) will have no smell.
Trany fluid will.
Radiatior fluid will.

If the puddle is water, it will evaporate. IF NOT, then you have an issue. 😲
