thats a great tent. If I hadn't bought the GO, I was going to get a better tent. BTW, I can setup the GO by myself in under 10 minutes. I bought my used one in the winter, when boats, bikes and camping trailers are always cheaper.

It's exactly what I'd thought it would be. In transport mode I can haul my scooter to rallies and camp. It's great to sleep off the ground and just swinging your feet over to get up is nice too.. It still has that tent feel. In the Texas summers, its hot, but so is every tent. It shines in the fall winter, and a small space heater makes it toasty. I only wish it had a dedicated electrical cord flap, but its no big deal. Check out my videos I've posted on my channel if you'd like. There's a link in an above post.

As already posted its a SylvanSport GO and used they're around 7-10k. Feel free to check out my channel and some videos I've made of it.

Great trip report, it looked like a peaceful getaway! That's a spiffy setup, hauls and sets up in no time, and it's got plenty of room for comfort.

31.2 mpg through the hills and highways. I love this little truck. I've had it almost a year now.

Dude! That is awesome! Love your pics! Great setup! I have fished PK since college and I’m now 55 years old. Know exactly where you were in the lake. Beautiful lake in Texas! Looks like you had a blast!!!

For those who are still paying off their truck purchase, a Harbor Freight trailer, HF truck rack and an Amazon roof tent can make a reasonable approximation of this camper for about $3K.

I still really like the Go Camper option! Being one of the 1st Maverick owners I struggled with how to best customize it for my outdoor adventures / excursions while being mindful of daily driving needs, activities & storage. I wanted to accommodate my Hobie Outback Kayak, Biking, Camping, Fishing, my dog and all the gear that goes along with it! I started with installing a Yakima Roof Rack, then Elevate Bed Rack w/ rails for the BAK Revolver S4s. At this point I decided that spending another $5K for a RTT didn't seem justified & that quickly became the same for >$11K for the Go Camper. I decided to upgrade my ground tent with the Gazelle T4 HUB (dog can go in/out w/o picking her up/down) and added the Kelty Highroads Shelter for a front porch covering. My last splurge was going with the Yakima EXO system (SwingBase, TopShelf, GearLocker, GearWarrior & DoubleUp)

We have the sylvansport as well. It's the best camper for lightweight travel. We have a bunch of things like big lithium battery power system with solar charging, 12v fridge, bike racks on the top for taking our mountain bikes, and the gozeebo with intex sectional inflatable sofa. ha ha. WE setup for 3 or 4 days and travel around the area!

The go is an awesome rig. Looks awesome behind the mav!

When I go to the beach in the winter, I try to camp for 6-7 days., with a small space heater, it's nice and toasty. I did find a Thule box that had been thrown away (bad hinges, bad lock), that I've fixed and am thinking about making it my attic for the GO.

I drove to SylvsanSport's HQ in North Carolina earlier this year, and had the trailer refurbished and tent replaced. I'm working on that video now and hope to publish it soon.

Nice to find another GO owner. Do you like the Gozeebo? Any thoughts about it?
