"UPDATE" Hail storm damage after just 1 week 🤕 = $5,200 in damages

So heartbreaking. Only had it a week and got pummeled at work this afternoon. Lots of dings on the hood and roof. Update more pictures.

Hopefully the insurance company will treat you fairly. If not be prepared to fight. I've had an insurance company offer a really low settlement for hail damage.

I got lucky on this storm. Was driving back from Lake Nona VA to West Melbourne, and ran into the aftermath of this storm. I was thinking "Thank goodness I wasn't home when it hit." But, with as much ice as there was on the ground, there was no hail damage to any of my neighbor's cars. Looked like it snowed in front of my condo until I got close and saw the size of the hail.

Sorry about the damage you got. Hope you get it taken care of with minimal hassle.

Hello. Could you tell it was repaired after? They can probably replace the hood but not sure about the roof.

I got caught in that at 4:30 this afternoon. I was on my way to Ft. Pierce as Vero was getting hit hard with torrential rain and heavy wind gusts. No hail miraculously. But the visibility was so bad I had to pull over which I normally don't do. It followed me into Ft. Pierce but it came and went so quickly. My dad told me the storm was moving south at 25 m.p.h. Crazy stuff. Then, 25 minutes later, the sun came out and everything was back to normal. Our weather is so weird sometimes.

Supposed to go in shop May 8th, has a couple good ones on hood, I didn't see any on roof probably are some minor ones(she has moonroof) it's friends shop and are easier to see under shop lights. The left side of truck got hit more. Most are kind of hard to see to me, I'll have to check closer.

Damn, luckily I was in Titusville, but my girl was home in Palm Bay. Her car has some dings now too.

That Sucks! Every time we have storms I go out and cover mine up. I got some king size extra thick blankets that I use. YES they get wet, but I can deal with removing a wet blanket. I cannot deal with hail damage to my truck. My neighbors think I am crazy, but I don't care. I told them I got to keep my boy protected. Response: You are obsessed with that damn truck. YEP!
