Another Maverick bites the dust. Totaled over $24k damages

So Baby Yoda did not make it. Pretty much only cosmetic damage. And the fins for the oil chiller damaged. Over 24k of damage. So they totaled it out.

Anyone know where I can get a Lariat lux, with co-pilot 360, co-pilot360 assist ( adaptive cruise control)
Guess they separated them for this model year.

I'm located in Central Florida. If anyone gets a lead on one. Help a brother out.

Question for you... Since it was totaled out, did they give you the value of the truck that you paid...or did they give you the value that they're being bought for through Carvana, CarMax, etc?

That is a lot more than cosmetic damage. Note the gaps on hood, doors, etc. There be a bit of frame panel pulling to get the new parts to fit.....

they gave me more than what I paid for it. I would say the average for what they are going for on the market.
not including the dealership down the road that is selling an XLT for 57,999 on sale for 52,999... I turned around and said Well I sure the hell am not paying 20,000 over MSRP.... The sales persons' reaction to me saying something about it being 20,000 over MSRP was "Other dealerships are doing it why shouldn't we".

So everyone should boycott dealers that are doing that ridiculous crap. I will not even give that dealer the pleasure of doing a recall for me.... even though I am not paying for it
so do not go to Gary Yeomans.

Yep. When my LF fender was bent in like that from a deer hitting me, it blocked the driver door from opening. This might look relatively minor on the outside, but when you know what to look for, little things like that mean a lot of expensive repair work.

Never mind all the inevitable little things that would be found once the shop got it torn apart...

This sucks. Honestly a deep dark fear that something like this will happen to my Maverick and I’ll be utterly screwed trying to replace it. I feel fortunate for finding mine while I still wait for my order (still no build date).
