Mine usually show up about 5:30PM Pacific time. I think they wait until no one is answering phones or chats in the hopes you'll cool off before they re-open the next day.

Could be they are going to schedule for 12/5 and 12/12 and just want to get the cancelled ones out of the way. Most likely it's just Fords way of f*cking with you one last time.

I have been calling Ford faithfully EVERYDAY. Today I was told the constraint on Hybrids is due to no transmissions. Don't know if this is real or another Ford BS excuse but there it is.
