I was told about 12 days ago when I visited the dealership that they had approximately 80 unscheduled orders and that I was at the bottom of the list. Sales Manager changed me to Priority 10 at my request (they leave every custom order at 19 unless people complain about the wait time or know about priority codes). They had an allocation of only 5 units for February. I have not received a call regarding the constraints and possible changes or deferral to a 2023 model, which I would actually prefer to do if possible.

My vehicle options at the moment:

• Buy out my Ranger (lease ends 8/31/22) and forget about the Maverick
• Sell the Ranger to dealer before May 1 and share a vehicle with my wife short term and hope for some positive equity to put in my pocket
• Refuse delivery of the 2022 EB and order a 2023 Hybrid on August 16th and continue to wait
• Take delivery of 2022 Maverick EB and trade for a 2023 Hybrid model when it arrives
• Keep the 2022 and order a 2023 Hybrid and keep that as well
• Look into something else
