I love these Firestones! They're Destination AT2 size 235/70. Wanted a little more sidewall. Wet and winter traction has been excellent. I do plan on putting another set of these on when they wear out.

And thank you on the white letters! Before installation I was debating which way to go, but I thought the white letters gave it a nice pop because the wheels are completely black. Pops really well with the Velocity Blue too.

When the time comes. Those are the tires I'm planning on replacing my Continentals with.

I've heard that they're quiet and for limited off-road use, they have good grip. And I like the old school white outline letters.

Can confirm the quietness. And for sure, no mudding or anything like that, but snow, dirt, sand, all haven't been an issue at all.

I'm on Lake of the Woods, all the fires are east of us, but last night the smoke rolled in. Not as bad as it is east of us, but starting to get a tickle in my throat.

Can't include a photo of my Maverick as it's across the lake, but here's one taken from my cabin. this morning. Ontario needs a steady three day rain.

When the time comes. Those are the tires I'm planning on replacing my Continentals with.

The Destinations, came with my Last Ranger (2008), they were the original set. I replaced with same, twice over..
Probably will get them as well, when my 2nd set of Connie's wear out.

I’m in Northern MN, just far enough to be safely away from the southern-most fires in Minnesota. The bigger fires extend into Ontario. Our AQI (Air Quality Index) was so high this week, that the “meter readers” had to go out and re-check their meters because it’s been off the charts—routinely 900-1200. Hazardous to all groups is 300.

Local stores are sold out of N95 up to P100 masks, sold out of MERV 13 or higher furnace filters, etc. Spend 5 minutes in that kind of air will burn your lungs and eyes pretty fast. Was seeing AQI numbers still in the 900’s in the UP and lower Michigan.

Most our current fires in Minnesota are in super remote areas of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area (BWCA). It’s super remote, all woods or lakes, with very little civilization. Further into Ontario, it’s even more remote. Leading up to these fires, we’ve had a dry summer, severe storms with little rain, more wind/lightning, and a heat dome parked over us, all leading into the fires. A perfect storm of sorts, and I’m not even sure the “Super El Nino” has kicked in yet.
