Good Morning
Does anyone have any issues with there decals coming off?
I went to SOLUTION FORD for my first oil change. I spoke to the technician regarding the decals .
1. tremor decal box driver side
2. Lower door front passenger ( missing a piece of the decal
3.rear passenger door (decal is peeling)
He said the tremor decal is because someone walked into it backwards while wearing a back pack ( the paint is not damaged) and you can hardly see the decals on the bottom of the doors. When I come back for the next oil change he would look further into it.
I received an email from ford regarding my visit to the dealer. I didn’t give them 5 across the board. The service department opens at 8:00am I received a call at 7:45 from the service technician. He explained to me that the service manager went to see him in the morning and if he doesn’t get a 6 across the board it’s a fail. He told me to bring it back anytime and he will open a work order. He said it takes ford approximately 72 hours to respond.
I am trying to figure out what caused this. I didn’t go to the car wash. I didn’t use a pressure washer. I will be posting pictures as soon as the weather clears up. Thanks
