Nothing, as in no hitch or 4pin? If so you don't even have the regular tow package. You could add trailer lights and a hitch, but your tow capacity would be 2k.

If it has nothing in way of pre-installed electrical trailer power at the bumper, then I am guessing you don't have a tow hitch installed either? If so, it would be rated for 2k if you installed an aftermarket hitch.

on the back of the truck on the bumper where most license plates would be. On the left you have your trailer connectors (power/lights).
If you have this in the picture you will have the 4k package. If you only have 1 flap for the connector then you have the 2k lbs towing (standard). The 4K package gives you buttons on the left of the steering wheel for trailer break control. If you do not have these as well then you do not have the 4K lb. towing package.

To add to this, it would mean if an aftermarket hitch and (optional) aftermarket brake controller were installed, Ford would say the tow capacity would be 2k. No matter how beefy the hitch was or what "class" the hitch was. Can't install a hitch rated for 10k and magically be rated to tow 10k.
