Mine just leaks on the edges where the cover wasn't pulling down tight. I can flip up the cover and at every one of the catches there is an indent on the rubber seal but not anywhere else.

That is why I put a 1/8 inch weather strip on the cover and so far I only get leaks at that place you mentioned up front and in the tailgate along the corners and where it can blow in.
I'm going to put another strip of weather stripping down both sides on the actual trifold, next to the original weather stripping, there is room. I can also see some places that need filled in with some stripping or plumbers putty. Then see what happens the next rain we get.

I bought the Ford brand roll up cover when I took delivery of my 2022 lariat. It leaks and will not lay flat. It has ripples in the fabric when under tension that I cannot fix

I have that same cover and to get those wrinkles out (more importantly keep the rippling at speed to a minimum) I clip it in then pull hard at front, middle and back and press down, both sides. No wrinkles.

I have a Ford hard rollup. The first one leaked. The second one leaks. I added some moulding. Still leaking, but not that much. I now put everything in plastic bins, to prevent the items from getting wet.
Who makes the "Ford" hard rollup?

Good advice. I have tried that so many times without success. The pic I attached is after pulling hard on the velcro as you described.
I welcome other ideas.
Thanks

There's a gap in the bed rail plastic ,fill that in with some silicone or foam tape, should help with the water intrusion. Like another member said it won"t stop all the water from getting in.
