YES, only when breaking the law! and the speed limit on I-95 is 70 mph, not 71 if you have out of state plates, and they know you won't come back to court to fight it.Only if breaking the law. I have lived here 25 years and got 1 ticket for making a u turn where the no u turn sign had been run over and was laying on the ground. I was car number 3 in line for the Henrico County police handing out tickets on that side street.
