I'm being hyperbolic but on the first picture OP took they list "Manufacturer Retail Price" as $47,930. MSRP is not that high, window sticker clearly shows $32,930. It's like a poor attempt to hide the fact that their "nothing added" markup isn't $20k, it's $35k.
Hyberbolic or not, that's a fair point. I agree it is not a strong point, given that the actual window sticker is a couple feet away, but a valid point no less.

i DROPPED IT OK ! I took your advice .Why dont you heed your own advice , or cant you keep your mouth shut that long
Heed my own advice? If it wasn't already clear, my advice was more or less "stop talking about things you do not understand", which I have been abiding by.

I heard they are allowing dealers to order Tremors for stock even though my Tremor order hasn’t been scheduled.

Ford is not allowing dealers to place orders for stock. So what you think is happening - it isn't happening.

I am also in the camp of free market. If you want fixed price, move to Venezuela or Cuba and see how that works out.

Hey you know that new style small, affordable, gas sipping truck you wanted? How about you ditch that idea and get something that costs more to buy and own but is readily available because the big 3 have been building them for decades.

Sorry you lost your patience 3 months after they started building 2023's. Enjoy the Ram though.

People do not buy the Maverick for the ride, the looks, or the hauling capacity. The biggest draw of the Maverick is the price. Any argument that anyone wants to make against it should be met with "it's a $25k truck" (or whatever your package cost). "Man, cheap ass interior" - $25k truck. "You cannot haul a houseboat with that"- $25k truck. "Look at that cheap exhaust that will rust"- $25k truck.

It would be like if someone told you you were a fool for buying a Ram when you could have gotten a bicycle for a fraction of the price.

That's pretty funny... I actually bought a Maverick because I like the looks, the ride is way better than the "full size" trucks I previously owned, and I like the interior – at least the interior on my Lariat... Finally, I like it because I can haul pretty much anything I need to haul (Home Depot "stuff", my bike on a rack, or even a small utility trailer) with it. And to top it off, it gets at least twice (and closer to 3X) the gas mileage of my previous trucks!

I don't feel like I need to make excuses to anyone for buying a Maverick - but maybe I'm just weird...

For sure, I'm not saying that it is a bad truck, just that the main selling point is the value, which, no offense, is great in XL, fine in XLT, and not really attractive in Lariat.

My dealer has 3 trucks on the lot 5k over MRSP --one of them includes 3 "constraint" items -2 are identical to my order except color. This is not right.
Guys, you have to understand one simple fact, the current demand is much greater than supply. The value of anything is determined by supply and demand. If demand is higher than supply, the price goes up. The opposite is true if demand go down. if supply is greater than demand the price will go down, opposite if supply is less. The reason any dealer sell a product at market price is because someone is willing and able to buy the item they want, it's a free market. No one is forcing anyone to buy something, in this case the Maverick. Once competitors of the Maverick introduce their versions of a mini truck, the demand for a Maverick will then drop to whatever the market demands. The bottom line is this, in my opinion, anyone that pays more than MRSP for a Maverick will not be in a good position one the market adjusts, the value will drop and they just paid more for a truck than it's worth. Wise buyers will wait til the hype settles to get a fair price for the truck.
Remember when the iPhones were introduced and people were camping out at retail stores to get the latest version, they just had to have it first. Fast forward to today. Less demand and more competition . When was the last time anyone camped out to get a iPhone 14? Keep your cool and wait for your order. After all it's just a truck.

I sense a redneck "My truck, gun, wife, etc" is bigger than yours attitude here. I didn't "settle" for a Maverick. I wanted a small truck that gets good mileage. I have owned 2 full size Fords and then a Dodge Dakota. This is all i need now.

Agreed. I'm retired as well. If I need a monster truck, what I need is to HIRE someone with a monster truck...not make it a daily driver. However, I deserve comfort, so I bought a Lariat Lux with a hybrid. I give no cares about someone's idea regarding resale. I paid for what I wanted and the only "settling" I did was to endure a 491 day wait because I wanted the truck, equipped as I wanted.

There haven't been any 'stock' orders. The only reason Mavs are sitting on a dealer's lot is that someone didn't take their special order. And allocations are for vehicles they DON'T have, not ones that they DO have.

I still have not received my Sept 2021 Lariat Lux Hybrid. I was driving a 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid till I saw a local dealer had an LTD Eco on his lot. At 9:30 in the morning I went over to look at the Eco. My salesman told me they just had an LTD hybrid off loaded from the truck-0:830(Lux, spray in liner, mud flaps, rear window, tow hitch, moon roof, no fancy radio). It had 6 miles on the odometer and came from Mexico. Yes, they added $5000 to the price, but they gave me a good price on my hybrid Escape, so I drove off in a 2023 Hybrid LTD. This vehicle was not ordered by a customer.
