Am I the only one that thinks that the 2023 Mavericks will cost $5K more than the 2022 models?
No, it stands to reason Ford would want some of that sweet, sweet ADM for themselves. Plus, there has been some inflation since they originally set prices.

I think about my January order almost every day and I must say hope feels foolish at this point.

If Ford would ever just say how many orders there are and how many remain unscheduled, my guess is all of us still waiting would 🤮!

Bottom line: my truck ain't coming. Yours probably isn't either. At least not anytime soon.
I had 6 different productions dates. Once they started building , it took 31 days to build. And its been on the train for 4 weeks now. 2 days ago was supposed to be the delivery date. And I have no idea where it's at or when it comes in. The Ford tracker program hasn't worked for me since they shipped the truck. It will be 11 1/2 months from order to getting. And I understand there are still people waiting over a year and haven't been scheduled to build yet. Great communication from Ford.

I was trying to buy a 2021 bronco sport. Always a day late at the car dealer. Priced out a 2022 bronco sport with the same equipment and it was almost $5000 more.

Ford is all over the map about what it says is being built. I ordered my hybrid Lariat exactly one year ago today, June 24. I was told I'd probably have it 1Q 2022. That came and went. Build showed June 1 with expected ETA of early July. They've pushed out the ETA four times with the current delivery date of July 26 - Aug 1. I don't believe it. I've decided to start vehicle shopping for a different truck or SUV. I do want the Maverick, but I think it best not to hold on to that dream. Should it arrive before I make a different purchase, I'll decide then if I want it or if I prefer to let the dealer mark it up to sell it to someone else. I'm simply fed up with the process.
Don't let it go back to the dealer. Contact Carvana and make a profit.

No, you can't get schedueld at Priority 10. But 10 is as high as your DEALER can move you. From there, only the regional reps can bump you up to a 2. So, the only advantage of being moved from 19 to 10 is that -- theoretically, at least -- it moves you ahead of other orders AT YOUR DEALER. Then, when your dealer has allocation and the regional rep goes to pull order from your dealer's list, you should be looked at first. However, if you have constraints like I do (XLT Luxury Package), then you may still get passed over in favor of other orders that are more basic. But hey, I'm doing what I can...
My truck was in Priority 19 when scheduled to be built.

I'd say he is at least at the 9 month mark. Scheduling is 2 months out plus a month for delivery. You got lucky with getting yours in 6 months, lots of folks are already looking at a year plus. Soon 18 months won't be unheard of. Model year rollover notices coming soon will show a crap ton of unbuilt 22s.
First come first serve (sort of). Cancel and get the upcoming PHEV version.

Crap ton: unit of mass, imperial unit system. Whereas the British imperial ton is 2240 lbs, and the U.S. customary ton is a mere 2000 lbs, the crap ton is generally recognized to be ~3200 lbs. The weight of a Maverick is 3636 lbs, so a crap ton of Mavericks is about 0.88 Mavericks.

Thank you, lol. Glad someone got some enjoyment out of that.
Nice to see a sense of humor. If you got offended I'd have to go all "bitch, be cool!" on you. ;)

You haven’t been waiting that long. My November order is expected to finally arrive July 19-25

The good news = I am at priority 10 at my dealer! 🥰
The bad news = my dealer moved ALL orders to priority 10 last Nov! 😭
