Really? Are you sure any communication directly from Ford would satisfy you, or would you immediately consider it non-informative and then generate multiple more questions on things they didn't include? That seems to be the pattern around here whenever Ford does issue a mass communication posted here. Food for thought.
Thank goodness for you my friend lol keeping it real. Also this is what they would say, and they wouldn’t be lying: we have nothing new to tell you.

John Eddie - a blast from my Delaware valley past.
I saw him at The Stone Pony. I thought the roof was going to explode. Terrific show. Had a couple albums that sold, but didn’t get as big as I thought he would. He is still playing.

I placed my order 1 Sept 2021, Full hybrid lariat package will all the options except 1st edition, did not watch a moon roof. I have had silence until finally getting a hold of Ford directly, They at least confirmed my order and gave me my order # and sales# which for some reason my dealership would not even give me that....guess it was their way to control the sale??

Think any company that makes you wait more than 4 months for a vehicle should at least give reasons and potentially some sort of recognition I waited 8 months and finally bought something else these wait times are ridiculous

October 21, 2021 order, chances of this before October 2022 is very slim, if that. Poor foresight and scheduling on FoMoCo's part. It should have been first come, first served as parts became available.

Patience is definitely a virtue.
I ordered mine on 8/27/2021. Heard nothing for months.
In January, I got a build date - and a call from the dealership wanting me to put 1500 down. Of course, they told me they planned to mark it up by 1500, so this was dead money if I agreed. I told them to stuff it. Figured no truck for me.
In April, it was built. Expected to arrive 5/25.
Truck arrived at dealer 6/4, and I got a call.
I paid MSRP.

So they will arrive, but you won't hear much until it's built.
It's an XLT with Blis package and bed liner, but NOT lux package.

Wow, I mean that is just impressive. 8 days from order to scheduling to the factory floor and on to the dealer for delivery. Oh, You just mean a truck that isn't popular was available? Gotcha.

November 4, 2021 order date. Built June 24, 2022. Expected delivery date July 31-August 6. XLT ecoboost, 4K trailer tow, XLT luxury package. I’ll believe it when I see it with my own eyes!

Reasons :
  1. Chip shortage due to covid
  2. Shipping delays due to covid
  3. Labor shortage at suppliers due to covid
  4. Labor shortage at assembly plant due to covid
  5. Transit delays due to covid (lack of drivers)
You're welcome.

Inorite?!

it's like saying, "Monday I had to wait 7 minutes for my order at Chick-fila. Screw that.
Today, I was in and out in 1 minute at Arbys!!"

Yeah, cuz Chick-Fila is 10 times busier.

Wow, I mean that is just impressive. 8 days from order to scheduling to the factory floor and on to the dealer for delivery. Oh, You just mean a truck that isn't popular was available? Gotcha.
