Hey everyone ... new here and first time considering a pickup in my 50 years.
We have a Volvo XC60 that's nearing lease end and while a great car I'm not buying it out.
Also I long for something simpler, practical and a well priced. It is also time to come back to an American brand.

That being said I am 6'7" and while I can fit in a lot of cars well, there aren't many that are comfortable for longer rides.
For those of you that have sat in a Maverick so far, what's your take on it as far as driver comfort?

I'd like to order one, but will most likely have to wait until I can sit in one first ...

Take a look at threads containing “torso height” and see if that helps you. At 6’5.5 I am considered short in my family but my father is 6’7.5 and the only difference between us used to be inseam. His legs were exactly 2 inches longer than mine (33 vs 35) measure your toro height and check fords published max toro height. You are likely fine. Just don’t get a moon roof

Welcome to the forum.

While I'm nowhere near your height, I have a problem with my right knee I have to think about. The legroom per the specs is pretty close to my limit. From everything I've been able to find the front leg room is 42.8". So like @Rkbrumbelow has said to others, it depends on if your height is leg length or torso length. If torso, I wouldn't consider the Moonroof as you lose an inch. All of the spec sheets are on the forum. You can search to find them. Spend time and look at all the measurements and then decide if you'll fit.

Excellent ... thanks everyone ... this looks roomier than our xc60, rear seat passengers be damned.
Thats what I say. They can always sit in the bed. ;)

Non-moonroof head space. easily had a couple inches.
Moonroof might make it tight but not impossible.

At 6’5 I was the short one except for my uncle JK, but he was in a wheelchair (someone will dispute this saying i am bragging or something because saying I am the short one is bragging? /shrug)

I am shorter now. My Dl says 6’5 my ccl says 6’1.

How was the seating position of the back seat? From those pictures it looks like the seat backs are too upright and uncomfortable, and don't lean back enough.

These are all great photos. Thanks a ton for the big guy test! I'm 6'4" and wasn't worried based on all the other photos and feedback of those who sat in one, but these are proof positive.
