did Eibach's on mine-takes a few hours but don't need any special tools or the camber bolts they offer.Ride is a little stiffer but if it ain't a bump you won't know.Love the look. As far as the mileage-I live in relatively FLAT Central Florida and if care is taken...the last 340 miles of the 840 miles was a highway trip to Jacksonville and back doing 65-90MPH

My plan is to lower my upcoming '25 Lariat with the Goodwin Racing springs. I already have their rear swaybar ready to go on.

My plan is to lower my upcoming '25 Lariat with the Goodwin Racing springs. I already have their rear swaybar ready to go on.
I was hoping Goodwin had plans for a hybrid/FWD spring set. Contacted them and they stated they had no plans on producing a kit for a FWD/hybrid. They responded quickly to my surprise.

Also planning on good-wins on a 25 hybrid AWD. Can you post here when you do so I know how it’s worked out? Planning on waiting a few months post delivery before install to make sure the car’s right for me first. Thanks!

Eibach is my only choice I guess. I don’t really want to go the coilover route. I live in New England and would hate to destroy them in the salt.

I installed the Good-win lowering springs and rear sway bar last week on my AWD Hybrid Lariat.

Looks great, handles better than my expectations. Rear stays dead flat with no roll whatsoever on the medium bolt hole setting.

Ride is stiffer, which on northern Indiana roads with frost heave and potholes is a nuisance, but still acceptable. Rides a lot better than a Jeep!

Lowering has created its own problems that I didn’t expect. I have to climb out of the cab now, and I’m only 5’10”. And I utility trailer a couple times a week, and the hitch ball is low as is the 4k tow wiring plugs. I’m in my 70’s, both these items are a little bit of a hassle, but I’m sure i will get used to. Its a lot easier than climbing in and out of my previous F-150 Lariat 4x4.

I love the handling and the wheel wells being more filled. Its all about balance!

That looks great! You have the same color as me. I already have the Goodwin sway bar, but I am waiting to buy the springs until after I decide what to do with my big truck (2003 GMC Sierra). If I sell the GMC, then the Mav will be my only truck, so I won’t bother with lowering it. If I keep the ‘03 for real hauling duties and for when I need something with real ground clearance, then I think I will proceed with the springs on the Lariat.

OMG your truck looks great. I hope when I'm in my 70s I'll still be young enough to enjoy modifying my cars! 😀 Very inspiring.
