It will be fine. I’ve towed 3k (subcompact Kubota) several times with my FWD hybrid. It tows surprisingly well.

Ford can suck it. It’s American company and they should make their products here with American jobs and unions. The CEOs can weep later when they loose a fraction of a 8 digit income.

30,000 miles on my 23 XL hybrid. I would do it the same all over again. Hybrid has been great with zero issues. Also love the XL. I don’t need all the other BS. Paid 23500 cash OTD. The maverick makes less sense to me over 30k. Waste your money the way you want. MY25 mavericks are also less...

what’s worse for the environment? oil at 5k instead or 10k? or Needing a new engine at 130k… ie the resources it takes to make that engine… or worse deciding to buy a new truck because your broke truck is not worth fixing because you were cheap on maintenance

2025 Maverick pricing has made the majority of the appeal go away. It’s a neat truck at 25k. It’s another overpriced econobox at 35k. I’ll keep my paid off 23 until its blows up/rots out, and move on to something else.

I ain’t buying an any lariat period. Im not the type of person to spend the coin on a high trim. But a new 2024 Ranger XLT by me is 35k. Seems tempting when comparing when a 2025 Maverick XL AWD 4k is 33k.

true but is AWD and 4k worth the $8-9,000 up in price? At least that what is compared to my 23 XL hybrid. It definitely doesn’t cost ford that much when it’s the exact same platform as other vehicles already in production. They are charging that much because people are willing to pay that much...
