Switch Function /Operation?

Just picked up a pre-owned 2023 Lariat Hybrid, and while checking could not find the function of this switch. The panel is located just forward of the console, the switch (top far right) has a symbol not shown in the Owner's Manual. It appears to me to be a hand palm in a circle. When pressed, the panel illuminates "ON" but I do not know what is on.
The center switch is also unknown to me.
I know the expertise on this forum will readily identify the switch(s) function.
Would be nice to attach the photo taken with my iPhone, but it wont accept an "HEIC" photo. HELP!

Wondering if you or any other Mav owner's can comment on the quality of the dial shifter? We test drove (2) different 2023 Ford Escape Hybrids and both of the had what I would call a very cheap feeling (almost flimsy like and loose) dial rotary shifter. My wife has a 21 Edge and the rotary shifter is decent quality and nice and tight. It's almost like the rotary shifter in both 23 escapes was too big or something. Also I noticed the door handle stalks on the inside of both 23 Escape's seem rally cheap much cheaper feeling than my wife's Edge.

I guess this is the way Ford is making the rotary dial shifter now?

the dial shifter? feels about the same as the newer Honda Ridgeline ones do..

And apparently well enough that even if you do shift into "R" while driving 70 mph, there is no harm done, because the onboard computer is smart enough to NOT accept that shift. (One-sentence summary of an entire thread elsewhere on MTC. And no, it wasn't me...)

Rotary shifter is nice feeling to me. Solid. Door stalk handles are small and feel crappy. But I'm not super concerned. If I snap off a handle it will be under warranty.

The switch to the right (the hand) is auto hold. If you have this on, after you stop at a light or something, you can take your foot off the brake and the truck will stay stopped until you hit the accelerator. If you have it on and are stopped there will be a green hand symbol lit on the driver's display.

The switch in the middle is for turning off traction control.

The switch on the left is drive mode select.
