Struggling with finding engine cover....

I am truly having a tough time finding an engine cover. I ordered one from a Ford dealership....when it came the plastic bag has the correct part number, but the part itself on the underside had a completely different number. I contacted them and was told that this was the correct part....which obviously does not fit! Can any of you help me find the right part...?

Sadly, they are not being made any more.
We are hoping Mabett picks up the ball and starts to make these. Other than that, it's the used resale market or junk yard.

The OP apears to have a hybrid Mav. My guess is the ones for the 2.0 Nautilus, Bronco etc. don't fit the hybrid.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. It already has an excellent cover - the hood.

Some report a little less engine noise, but it's really just aesthetics. Some people want to see "fancier" under the hood.

NVH - noise reduction. The fancy “quiet cars” all have them. The Lexus cover that fit on my Corolla (same engine) even had thick insulation pads underneath.

RE: Benefit of an engine cushion cover = On my 2022 2.0 EB [NOT a hybrid as is the subject of the OP] I was able to find and install a cover. It quieted the sound of the high pressure fuel system, especally when the engine was cold.

I was able to spot a few 2.5L hybrid Escapes in wrecking yards online with engines that had them but the yard would not sell the engine cover separately.
