Looks great. Here is what I did with my former cover, soon going on a friend's, back in 22 Maverick.

That's the first thing that gets removed from my vehicles.

I hate the looks, it traps salt/sand in the winter and on stored vehicles is an easy place for rodents to build nests under. Ask me how I know that.

I'm old school. I want an engine to look like an engine. You know.....fuel injectors, plugs, wires, coil packs etc.

I think you did a fantastic job, well done. For me though, its a little too much. Maybe just the Ford part and the thin lines in red would be better in my eyes. But hey, different strokes for different folks.

Try to keep up with what's going on. My '23 Camaro has all the above except the plug wires. In fact the '24 Maverick I test drove was the same and the engine cover was gone. Guess someone else feels as I do lol. My 2000's Chevy truck even has plug wires.....imagine that!

I get it. You are in love with your engine beauty cover and think everyone else should be. Narcissist much?
Mavericks didn't come with covers, sadly.

If an engine cover is trapping salt/sand then there is a bigger problem going on.
And I'm surprised to learn that fuel injection and coil packs have become old school. :ROFLMAO:
