Just got an email from Ford about "Getting to Know" your Maverick.

Awesome news everyone...it would appear Sync 4 is available...and we can see our Owners Manual right from the touchscreen...

I second guess that sync 3 is available because of sync 4 equipment (chips/ whatever) was NOT available so they solved one of the first constraints. So I expect it's setup already.

I'm beginning to think Marketing at Ford doesn't have both oars in the water. If its not that then their data system doesn't keep too many points on customers. It should know what you've ordered and send appropriate material. I continue to get all types of junk in the mail from Ford and I don't currently own one. And there is no way to get off of their system either. I had an F250 and an F150 and have gotten rid of them both. I have notified them numerous times and they continue to send me mail on both vehicles.

Well, I looked and couldn't find anywhere in the infotainment menu that would allow you to view the owner's manual on the built-in touchscreen.

That's a Sync 4 feature, which, despite this erroneous email OP received, is not available on 2022 Maverick.
