Ford's capped out on producing the Maverick it has now. Even if there were plans for a longer bed, when, where, and who would make them?

Could see it happening if fleet demand is high enough, but still a long shot. Most truck makes have killed off this configuration completely.

A small cab would be great for small buisness operators, but I suspect Ford would much rather have you buy an F150.

No problem. Same admins as MTC, Bronco6G and Bronco sport groups. One big happy family.
Move to Australia and try to find a Falcon that hasn't been hooned or beaten to death. Otherwise, the current Mav is all you get.

i hate the USA stupid 25 year rule. But whatever.
It's asinine. The only reason it's there was to curb grey market imports back in whenever so that dealers wouldn't have as much competition.
If I really wanted to, I could ship my Mav back to Aus the day it lands in Canada. And assuming I could have it converted to RHD, I'd be able to plate it. It'd be stupid, expensive as hell, and probably borderline uninsurable, but it'd be legal. I'd also probably get blacklisted by Ford Canada for exporting, so that'd be fun too.
