Yup! And in paragraph 1 was an area where the law was changed. In other words, while there isnāt always a posted minimum speed, drivers are expected to maintain a speed that keeps up with the flow of traffic. The "flow of trafffic" can be 70-80 mph at times, even in the downtown corridor. Drive 10 less than that traffic doing 80, you are impeding and could get you a citation. Just saying folks need to know about how it works. Caveat Emptor. I do agree with paragraph 3, for those wanting to go slow and easy, please, move to the left!The minimum speed on Colorado Interstates is 40 MPH. Here is a sign from the Denver area.
Across the Nation, the most common sign, in states that choose to post minimum speed signs is 40 mph.
Some post 45 mph.
And very rarely 55 mph. (I'm guessing TX).
