I ended up calling my dealer, Chapman NE Philly. They wouldn't give me the visibility report and only offered that my truck is "at the rail yard" and expected 12/19-12/25. I'm pretty skeptical as that makes me believe it's still in Mexico. Orig Ship date was 10/8....

Of course your dates changed, they couldn’t even be shipped until the OKTB on 11/29 and by then there were a whole lot produced waiting shipment. My 12/12 to 12/18 has held steady.

I've heard they can't give you a forwarded status/link like through email, but the too busy/not our policy seems like bologna. I'm sorry to hear about that. Could you maybe ask them at the very least for a primary and secondary status. You can kinda go from there. They probably won't give you a rail car number it sounds like.
I'm at the point of frustration that I have to limit my contact with them. Can you explain what you mean by primary/secondary status.

So if they can see the VVR they'll see both a primary and secondary status. For instance, primary:in transit secondary: received. This means that your vehicle has been received by a carrier (convey truck) on the way to your dealer. I figure at the very least if they don't want to show you anything they could at least tell you the status(es). I don't know how to link other threads, but there is one that describes all the primary and secondary statuses and what they mean.

My drop ship dealer is 1-1/2 hour away from the current lot the vehicle is sitting since 11/1.

Also, when checking the shipping log for the shipping company, No Maverick has shipped from this lot since 11/1.

Ford provides No Reason! Believe me, I’ve called everyone.
Seems to be common with that build and ship date. it has to be some sort of hold, that is estimated to be lifted on 12/25. maybe some sort of spray liner issue.... but my dates are far too similar to yours for that to be a coincidence.

I've received an email from Ford that my Mav has been shipped and the estimated delivery date range to the dealer . Henceforth I'm going to rely solely on Ford's emails for information.

From what I've been told is that usually what happens is once your truck arrives at a rail yard it is placed on a wait list for a carrier. So if you live in or nearby a major/busy city then your vehicle may not have priority and just waiting for it's turn on a convoy truck. I wouldn't rely too heavily on the ford emails. I'm about to go pick mine up today and i didn't receive any ford email saying it was delivered to the dealer and its estimate for me was also 12/24. I too have the spray in bed liner option.

Keep the faith!
Yesterday morning I received another delay notice that pushed delivery out to 12/10 (this was my 6th reschedule).
Yesterday afternoon the tracker said it was delivered.

Good luck!

No updates since 11/29. I figured it would be built by now?

Anyone have any insight?
