I waited 393 days for mine, very worth it , $26,200.00. ,out the door tax,tag title included66 years old here, got our forever truck in jan. 2023, last Wednesday a lady hit us ,came into our lane , hit us on drivers side front end, backed off of us and ran.
Her airbag went off , ours did not because of low speed and angle hit.
Good Samaritan followed her and reported to police for us, she got tickets for hit and run and no license, but officer could not arrest her for d.u.i. for she could have gotten high after she got home, and he did not see her driving , just in pictures from traffic cams. It was 2 hours before they reconnected with her.
Got estimate and insurance will pay approx. $5,000.00 for repairs.
Wife and I are good , just some muscle soreness. No broken bones.

Old guy doesn't know they put the starter button on the floor now...Where does the hand crank attach? (sorry, just woke up)
CV joints or human joints????? Mine on both Mav and I are still working!Only 60. I'm just following along to see when you all start talking about how many joint replacements and bypasses you've all had.
Hey, I have gotten nicer in my older age; I also believe flattery can sometimes be okay if it makes someone feel better! The good news: any day is a good day. The bad news: the days seem to go quicker, maybe because they are so good!! Enjoy each day, especially your Maverick, with gratitude! No, I am not a retired preacher of philosopher........It's nice to be on a thread where being 68 is considered a "youngster"![]()
