61 here. I absolutely love my '23 Hybrid Maverick XLT.
I finally got to use the bed and haul something back home from my weekend fun.

59, picked up my 1st edition in rapid red, last November after waiting 408 days. Love my ride!!!
I am 63 with a 2022 rapid red first edition. I waited 416 days. I love this little truck also. Drove from coast of North Carolina to Iowa and back in 9 days. 3200 miles by myself.

Senior here, too, and I've said in previous threads about this that Ford seriously missed their "target demographic" for this truck, marketed it as a hip new urban trend for young people, totally missed that us Geezers would be all excited about it!

I am 70 years old and I love my Mavericks! I happily drove old Rangers/Mazdas for 30 years and was very disappointed when they stopped making them. I live on a small livestock farm and after I retired I used the Mazdas to haul hay and feed for the cows, sheep and horses. I need a farm truck that is low enough to reach anything in the bed without having to climb up in the bed, because I don't climb so good anymore.

My Mavericks have been flawless, except for the glitchy infotainment system that I don't really care about. Now I have cheap reliable transportation so I don't have to put lots of miles on my F150, which is important because I can't afford $75K to buy a new F150. It is so nice that I can buy 2 or 3 Mavericks for the price of an F150.

I’m 64 and can’t wait to be a senior Mav owner. Ordered my MY24 XLT back in July. No love from Ford yet. Guess I’ll have to keep depending on my 09 F-150, 83 Landcruiser, my Kubota B7610, and my Spotted Saddle Horse.

I’m 76 years young bought our 23 XLT Hybrid like most of us seniors because we couldn’t afford a 150 or anything else on a fixed income.

Thinking about coming your way soon to do a little flea marketing. How’s the leafs up that way, showing much color?
Nope. Too early right now. Typically, peak fall color in Carroll County is right around Halloween.
Any more though, that's not a sure thing.

Got that right, my wife loves it as it’s easy to get into with her arthritis in knees and shoulders. She hated trying to get into my F150 4x4 and even the 2wd Ranger I traded for before I found the Maverick. One drive in the Mav and we were hooked. My wife says the only thing she would change is the lux package should have electric seat for passenger.

Hmmm, I am one of the youngsters of the senior's group. Turning 58 end of the month, though due to back issues I feel quite a bit older at times.
Ordered mine when the banks opened last Sept, picked it up in May when it finally made it to the dealership. Having gone from a Ram 1500 which I really liked to this was a bit of a change, but it has grown on me. I certainly am loving the increased mileage, smaller size, and am loving the heated seats now that we're back into the cold damp mornings that come with the fall season. I have to admit, also, this thing scoots and handles very nicely.

I can't say that I've only noticed more mature people driving Mavericks, but I tend to think most of the owners are. It makes for the perfect vehicle for anyone who had previously owned and loved the original versions of compact pickups.
