Seatbelt is sawing through plastic trim surround

You might try adjusting the height of the upper belt.

I was able to get it to go one click higher, but I'm not sure that'll do much. I had the truck at the dealer this week for an unrelated issue, and they ordered new trim pieces to fix it under warranty. Time will tell if the higher seatbelt thing will change anything! If anything, I think the seat might need to slide back; it's farther forward than normal to leave room for my daughter, but she might just have to suck it up and be cramped back there!
