I am a transit driver for our local Ford Dealership. I got to drive a Maverick on a 3 hour delivery and knew I wanted one. I originally ordered on 01-12-2022. I wanted the hybrid because 90+ percent of my driving is in town, but no longer taking hybrid orders. So I ordered a Lariat with 2.0 EcoBoost, Lux package, CoPilot 360, in Area 51 color at that time. Never got a VIN or build date. So it was reordered on 09-16-2022. This time with the Hybrid. Got my email with VIN and build date, week of 12-19-2022.

Fingers crossed after everything I've read here.

Ford chat took my order code and sales Code. Up to this point they have just told me my order awaits scheduling. Last night they told me my VIN and said I was scheduled for the week of Dec 19.

I got the same email with scheduled date of Dec 19th and VIN. Ordered 11/6/21. Rolled over. First thing I have heard since the order and rollover confirmations. We shall see...

We got the 'scheduled for production' email for our converted 2022/2023 Cactus Grey Hybrid Lariat Lux 360 (ordered on Oct 23rd, 2021) on Nov 4, 2022. Nov 4, 2022 is the same day we bought a vacated order from our dealer. The vacated order has a moon roof but is otherwise the same vehicle.
Our converted order is scheduled for production for Nov 28th, 2022. We'll see what happens.

I ordered on 9/16/22, same day as my brother, he got a scheduled for production email and I did not.
I guess Ford does not want to build the base models. I ordered an XL Hybrid and only added the standard tow hitch.
Oh well... life goes on.

Hi all, I’m new to the forum.. Ordered my 2023 Hybrid Lariat with luxury, and 360 on 9/3.. I got an email from Ford on 9/14 saying they have my order. I know it’s a painful process but, anyone out there receive any other email from ford on any updates ??
I will keep an eye out on this forum.. But on the bright side, my local dealer had a demo ‘22 with 4k miles on it. It was a EB Lariat AWD , but not exactly what I wanted, but the dealer said when my one on order arrives, he will give me full price for this one, so, I guess I will count my blessings, and enjoy it for 6 months, a year, 2 years … who knows

Big things are happening right now. We are excited to let you know your 2023 Maverick LARIAT SuperCrew has been scheduled for production. Your vehicle is scheduled to be built the week of November 28, 2022.

Origional order was 8 NOV 21 for a loaded Lariat except moon roof. Pretty much gave up and bought another car. When reorder rolled around I really like the Blackout package, so I reordered on 16 SEP with full options including the 360 assist. I had no expectations it would be built this year or even next. Shocked when I received the email on 3 NOV.

Longer than any Maverick lead time. Thankfully they have finally killed off the mobile washing machine along with the Journey as well.
