I'm a transit driver for our local Ford dealer. Talk to your dealer and see if they can send someone to railyard to pick it up. I have went many times to pick up vehicles from 3 different railyards. One of our sales manager (who deals with inventory) gets with railyard to arrange pickup...
I work at my local Ford dealer as a transit driver. When I took delivery this past January for my '23 Hybrid Lariat, I wanted an ESP because I planned on keeping it for quite a while. I researched this forum and found the info about Flood and Granger. When I priced them, Granger was cheaper at...
Bolton Ford is it. I've been driving for them for 4 years. They really have some good people in sales. They are typically number one in the state and their 5 state region. I have no doubt that some people may have a bad experience like any other dealer but for the most part, they are very well...
At or just after the sale, the sales manager (at least at my dealer) has to manually process the points on to your account. I do not believe it is an automated process. After he told me that he did it, it took 2-3 days to become usable for me.
Call Ford's customer service or do chat with them. It should already be listed under your name. If not, there can be a couple reasons why. If your first order (2022) wasn't COVP approved, "OR" if it was approved and something on second order (2023) didn't match your first order (like EXACT...
All stated excellently by KdeB. I will add that Ford Motor Company will not itself look into the situation. It is the dealer,s responsibility to handle any issue with the private offer with the inventory specialist. My original 2022 order was not COVP approved, but together they could see that I...
I am a transit driver at my local Ford Dealer. They only received customer Maverick orders so no one could drive them. But, I was lucky enough to drive a 2022 Maverick EB Lariat, Area 51, Lux, with CP360 to deliver to customer's home, just over 3 hours away. I was hooked and placed my order then!
I'm not sure if much has changed, aside from manufacturers allowing more mileage now between oil changes, but Consumer Reports did a long study on oil change recommendations. This was when all the quick oil change places were recommending only 3000 miles between oil changes. CR did a study on...
I got the Gator Trio Hard Folding Tonneau Cover from RealTruck. They gave me 20% off, which made it $50-100 more then generic ones I saw that were similar. Figured if I had any issues, I may get better service with RealTruck. Only been on my new Maverick about a week now. So far so good, no...
If you already have a certificate number, your dealer should still be able to get this worked out after the deal is done. When my certificate wasn't showing up (because original 2022 order wasn't COVP approved, and I work at a Ford dealer) the Ford inventory specialist told my sales manager this...
I thought that might be it, because I usually press "Start" before putting on my seat belt. I just went and tried it out. I sat in the seat, put on seat belt first, then pressed "Start." That window still popped up, just showing that I had seat belt on. And... begging me to press "OK", :ROFLMAO:
I see you have a 2022. I have a 2023 Lariat. In the Info cluster on dash, there is a screen for seatbelts, but if it is unchecked, I still get the "Seatbelt Warning" window popup like in first post of this thread. I have looked in cluster settings as well as the touchscreen above center console...
