Yes, totally. I would love being able to monitor speeds, temps, pressures, and watch the O2 sensor cycle. It gives me an illusion of control over my world. The wiring diagrams show a power connector up in the dash behind the HVAC control that's similar to the one by the tailgate. Some day, if I live long enough, I hope to find it. Getting a mating connector might or might not be a problem.ford could really make it customizable by adding a USB port up there that actually has data from the computer. Then they could make a killing with accessories that plug into the usb port. They could program it to have all the vehicle data available (temps, pressures, speed, etc.) and then sell gauges and gauge packs that plug into the usb and display the data. Or, have a more expensive option that is basically a programmable lcd screen that you can choose different gauges and layouts.
Either way, they need 12 volt power up there to make it truly customizable. Or at least a plugged hole so I don’t have to drill.
