OT, but I am really digging the look of the grill without the grill bar. Makes it look more rugged and truck-y. I'm not in the business but maybe that's an opportunity for the aftermarket.
Never mind that, let's dump all the "infotainment" and electronics. A decent engine, carb'd, a good 5-speed manual... aw hell, time to shop for that '91 Isuzu pickup I once had...
Had an '88 Trooper and a '91 Pickup. Both rock solid, and about as fast as a rock too. Funny thing is, I'm starting to look for a Trooper now for a project vehicle.
Never had anything that they tested in the above video, but did have a 1982 Brat (with the bed seats) I'd take to the beach.
Three new cars of 2021 I've been excited about: Mav, Santa Cruz and Bronco. How many have I seen on the roads (not dealer lots?) Mav: 0. Santa Cruz: 1. Bronco: 3. And I live in one of the most populous areas of the country. Really drives home just how many people and cars are out there in this...
Agreed, everyone benefits by roads. And everyone, car owner or not, pay the fees and taxes. You don't think truckers, etc. just suck it up when they pay their gas taxes? Same when they'll be driving electric trucks. It all rolls downhill and the consumer does end up paying for the expenses paid...
I'm seeing a couple of articles saying it may slip, so you may want to watch it a little longer before buying.
(I bought at $5.50 two years ago. Now THAT was the time to buy!)...
Looks like a well done job to me. My liner experience: Did a DIY job on an Isuzu pickup I owned many, many years ago. Also had a 4.5-star rated Line-X shop do my Titan about 4 years ago and I'd say your Bullet shop beat them in quality.
Bottom line: Never hire me for a bed liner job.
This would cover up the stickers: Kartisen Car Sun Visor Organizer
As well as add even more storage. Things like this are a matter of preference, though. Takes away from the clean look you may be going for.
Nothing shocking here - about what you'd expect. The Mav is the winner for bargain hunters in my opinion. Looking for a car with some truck-ish functionality? Then go Santa Cruz. Surprised by the MPG he got in the Santa Cruz.
I'm actually really hopeful that an an all electric (or at least PHEV) Maverick appears in the next 3 years. Not buying any car for at least that long, but at that time that's what I'd like to drive.
