The screws on mine seem to be discoloring, probably due to road salt. Lmk what you find OP. I like the Rok Blokz Regardless so far.

First of all, you didn't do anything wrong. While it's true that stainless can corrode, I don't think that it should be rusting like that.

I haven't checked mine yet, but I will tonight.

Please post Rok Blokz's response here when they get back to you. Thanks!

They'd look much better black. Send them to me and I'll have them DLC coated for you. My shop is an authorized agent for Ionbond.

FYI- Just because they're stainless doesn't mean they won't rust when exposed to road salts.
If they haven't undergone some sort of passivation to "remove" any iron on the outer surface of the fastener, you're very likely going to get rust.
I have no experience, but could aluminum fasteners work?
A lack of pass ovation would cause spots of rust and pitting of the stainless fastener, not rust over the entire head of the screw like the op has shown. Those just look like a very poorly coated steel screw. Those are steel fasteners, I have no doubt.

There's all different kinds of stainless and some have iron in them. Those will still surface corrode but not rust through. Want stuff the won't corrode at all, go with a 304 stainless.

I've had my roks installed for at least 50 days now, middle of Wisconsin winter & road salt. My screws show no sign of rust and I commute 120 miles a day and don't have a garage, so it's not like they've had an easy life so far

Right. A magnet will confirm that iron difference. The iron-bearing "stainless" will have moderate to weak magnetic attraction, the 304 about nil.
Strong magnetic attraction and it's not stainless.

Same rust here after a week....returned them and went with the Ford OEM long flaps that were 1/2 the price and holding in your hands you can see they are FAR FAR more durable than the ROX crap. Plus don't like advertising for free.
But doesn't the OEM splash guards have "Ford" on them? Seems like that is free advertising.

Not a thing back from them yet. I haven’t ordered stainless ones yet because I don’t know the thread pitch of them.
If I remember I will check tonight. The hardware sitting in my garage.

Finally warm enough here to wax the truck noticed two of mine also have rusted screws but the others look fine like it's a mix of hardware. I just sent off an email since they have only been on since January.

I still haven’t heard back from them. I’d probably get my own hardware but they threads are unique and I’m haven’t found anything close in stainless
