That's what happens when you use *actual* SAE fog lights instead of putting flood lights on your bumper & just calling them fog lights lol. I do have them ever-so-slightly angled out, but you won't notice it from looking at them straight on
Are you looking for a front pic at night or the day?
Yes I have and I don't want a loose fob to control the lights. There is a rubber grommet above the brake pedal on the firewall, so passthrough was easy.
No they are mounted on a bracket attached to the licence plate frame, see my original comment with amazon links.
Currently hanging where I can reach it from a trim panel under the steering column. I'm not too happy with the switch as I thought it would be backlit for some reason, and it's not. So I may look for something different before cutting a hole
well i did a thing after I got home from work this evening.

Diode Dynamics, Baja Designs & Rigid all make SAE fogs
There's plenty of comparisons out there, Diode Dynamics seems to perform the best and has great price to performance in my opinion.
But those are three reputable brands to start with
Never said I was unwilling to do the work. Ive had entire dashboards out on previous out of warranty vehicles to track down the source of water ingress.
My point is, I shouldn't have to do that in a vehicle with a warranty.
It's not really a choice if you're buying lights with the intent of using them as actual fog lights.
Using the cheap, flood light style lights in conditions that actually warrant fog lights will be equivalent to turning on your brights - it's going to make your visibility worse as all that...
There's water drops on both driver & passenger sides of that rear firewall.
I haven't done an ounce of trouble shooting besides verifying there's water inside my truck that doesn't belong That's why I bought a brand new truck with a warranty.
I'd rather spend time with my family or do other...
For an engineered lighting option with actual optics, that is SAE legal to use on the road? (opposed to the cheap flood-pattern junk)
I don't think so.
Back in Aug/Sept I started notice a funk in my truck when I would get in it in the mornings. I keep the interior of my truck pretty clean without junk/shoes/socks in it so I wasn't too sure what it could be, but having had water-ingress problems with previous vehicles, I had my suspicions. So...
