It’s standard in the 24 Lariat but I don’t use it because my phone gets extremely hot when on the charger pad. The dealer had no idea so I just don’t use it and use the charger cable.
Is your phone in a case?

OP - don't despair, as the factory wireless charger is useless, anyway. I've owned 2 lariats and even with no case at all, it won't charge enough to even hold the battery % you start with, it just slows the drain a little bit. It's possible that this is better in MY25, but I wouldn't hold my breath - my '22 Bronco with Sync4 has a wireless charging pad that is just as ineffective as my Maverick.

this is especially true if you're using a wireless carplay / android auto dongle. (if you're wired, obviously, you don't need to wirelessly charge.)

if you need wireless charging, I'd search to see what others have done. Also I would not go cheap, there was a guy a few years ago who had a chinese wireless charging pad catch fire and burned his center console - he was lucky it didn't spread and burn the whole interior. (I thought I saved a pic of his fb post, but I can't find it. Trust me, it happened.)
I disagree with the assessment. The wireless charger in my '24 Lariat EB works perfectly fine for charging iPhone 13 Pro Max.

You actually might be the first person to ever say that, the ineffectiveness is pretty well-known.

Maybe Ford finally fixed it in '24? Or maybe whatever it does works better with your phone.

Yes. being in a case will increase the resistance to wireless charging thus making things hotter.
Having to remove your case in order to obtain a better wireless charging connection is a bit much. VS
Leaving everything intact and plugging just your phone in.
I'd like to know, whose phone is not in the case now a days?

2023 Lariat Lux. Motorola cell phone with silicone case. Charger works fine. No overheating.
I know, I'm amazed too.
