Quick question: With previous vehicles I have owned I was able to replace the headlights/tail lights with little difficulty. Regarding the Maverick is it possible for one to replace the bulbs with out a myriad of tools? ty

Headlights, tail lights and high mount are easy to get to keep in mind the headlight bulbs themselves are permanent LEDs in the housing.

Replaced all turn signal bulbs, reverse bulbs, and 3rd brk/bed light bar ...... If I had all the LEDs at one time, it would have taken all of 15 minutes ..... thats 6 in the back, 2 in the front, 3 in the bar above the rear window.

I’ve done the turn signals, back up lights, cargo lights and markers…the only hard one was the front driver side marker. Took maybe 10-15 minutes to get that one out. Just awkward access to the back of the housing. I didn’t mess with the brake lights after seeing how bright the turn signals were. I drive a dark mountain single lane road to work and don’t want to annoy the car behind me. Plus I think my Lariat has LED lighting already for the brakes.

Lariat has LED trim lights running around the outside of the tail light housing, but the main brake/tail lights are standard incandescents.

And there's a much easier way to change the side markers - the whole thing just pops out from the outside

Does the Maverick have a canbus system that causes a "bulb out" warning on the dash if LED bulbs are installed? I would like to just replace the backup bulbs with the brightest LED's I can find.

It does hyperflash with some led turn signals but reverse lights and high mount bed lights you won't have an issue with

Thank you both. I take it, then, that the LasFit LED's will NOT hyper flash either. I am way too anal to deal with that. Drives me freakin' nuts. :D
