I keep my Maverick in a garage with a battery tender connected when not in use. I haven't driven it for a week or so, then left for vacation. While away, my Ford Pass app stated that it was shutting down some remote features since it wasn't started in a while. Then I recieved another one stating that I should drive my vehicle.
When I got home, the interior lights were out when I opened the door, however the battery tender indicated a full charge.
There were no issues and it started and drove just fine.

Just wanted to let you know that it's not just low voltage that causes these features to shut down. I cannot find how to bring back closed items in the app, else I would post some screenshots.

After you disconnect the battery tender, do you reset the truck's BMS? If not, try that.

There's also a timer on the disabling of remote features. If you exceed that time, which is somewhere around 7-10 days (give or take) the truck will still shutdown remote features, even with a fully charged 12v battery.

Appreciate the update. I just wasn't sure if everyone knew that. I've only read here that it's done with a discharged or low voltage battery.

I've just started experiencing this with mine. I was camping over the weekend and there was a lot of in & out vehicle so I assumed that I had just drained it with lights coming on and off over the course of 3 days. It died died. I jumped it, drove for 2.5hrs and thought I was good to go. Then, after having it serviced (oil change) on Monday (40min away), I got the alert again on Tuesday and when I went out to drive it on Wednesday, it was dead again, no accessories, no power locks, nothing. I have an appointment again next week, hoping I can put the battery on a trickle charger and recover it if it's a bad battery problem. I can let you know what they find out for mine if you want?

Yeah definitely let us know what you find out. My situation was the opposite. Mine was on a trickle charger and fully charged when I got the messages. Had to do with not driving it for a while.

So turns out that even though I'm only at 24k miles, my battery is right on the line between good and needs replacing. Ford will not replace until the test comes up bad, but I assume that's going to happen before the 8yr/100k mi warranty is up. Not ideal, still no idea why it died the way it did, but that's the update. Sorry for misunderstanding your issue, but hopefully it's resolved for you.
