Anyone that has access to the part numbers able to verify if the rear springs are available individually or as a pair? They look to lower the tailgate about 1" and might be an option to level otherwise stock trucks.

Also, are there differences between 4k and non-4k Lobo springs?

Thank you.

it's an interesting idea, but those springs are probably part of the reason that the lobo is only rated for 1050 pounds in the bed, compared to 1500.

if you're not planning to haul heavy loads it's definitely a cheap and easy swap. the springs look like they can be had for less than $70 each and you can install rear awd springs without even disassembling anything.

I'm interested in a leveling option for a hybrid. Steeda has a thread here talking about lowering kits. I asked about just for the rear. They did say they'd ask their tech. Maybe if more people talk to them we'll get one.

so, to be clear, suspension-wise there are 2 buckets: AWD or FWD. it isn't delineated into hybrid or ecoboost.

fwd hybrid and fwd ecoboost (which never sold great and is gone now for 2025) have the same rear suspension. awd ecoboost and awd hybrid have the same rear suspension.

the springs discussed in this thread can be installed on a 2025 hybrid awd. I have no idea what ride height that will give, how much it affects payload capacity, and so on.

there are existing fwd lowering kits. if you're going to ask manufacturers to make a set with mild drop for the purposes of leveling, I'd probably start with the companies who currently offer fwd spring kits.

Installed the lobo rear springs today and removed the fx4 stickers. Changing the rear springs lower it about an
1 “.

looks good! that amount of drop makes sense because that's what the lobo has.

should lower more once they "settle"
I know that's a popular belief, but I've never experienced it. If you have the springs correctly placed on the perch and top hat, they don't move and certainly don't fatigue in a few days.

Did the 1" make the alignment out of spec or was it still within range? I just order these for my 25 Hybrid.

That's a great idea!

I'd guess the lowered payload on Lobo / Tremor has something to do with the torque vectoring RDU that they share rather than anything on the suspension side

It could also be due to a difference in spring rate.

It could be, but the Tremor and Lobo have completely different springs so why would they both have the same lowered tow and payload? The only thing they have in common (which is different from other Mavericks) is the RDU
