Easy install, everything you need is included, I did buy and use as well 3M adhesive promoter. Looks great and brings in the light into focus.

I've been thinking about getting the cab spoiler myself. I still have a few Ford points left to use. I like the look. 
Won't add any extra milage but will look better going down the road.

That really looks great but does it actually do anything? Not saying that would matter to me because I'm sold on the look.
Same thoughts here. I'd say the look is its main purpose and I'm with you . . . it looks very cool.
No MPG before/ after results, even just for highway.

For all we know that roof spoiler could be reducing MPG.

Just makes the light fixture itself pop out when seen from behind. Instead of a rear cab window., at night even better
