Members can earn 10 FordPass Rewards Points per $1 spent on eligible purchases of parts and service at any participating dealership. Each point is worth 1/2 a cent.
Since you get 10 points for every dollar and every point is worth 1/2 a cent, you essentially get 5% cash back at the dealership when you buy parts or get service done.

My Ford Pass points appeared in my account approximately 2.5 weeks after I purchased my Maverick. I got 42,000 points.

I believe you can use Ford Pass points to pay for accessories if you shop online at Ford.com -> Build Your Maverick->Upper left corner above the Blue Oval Ford logo->Accessories, Merchandise,Parts, Certified Used.
You may even be able to use the Ford Pass points for parts if you order them via the website but I haven't tried as parts can be found cheaper at some dealer online stores.
You are correct about the conversion numbers.I believe it's 200 points = $1, but it's only at the dealership
Regarding purchasing using reward points: There's a web site committed to Ford OEM accessories and they accept and redeem points. Just check "Use Reward Points" when ready to pay. Much better than weeding through dealership web sites. Highly recommend. Inquiries are answered promptly and when I pointed out an error in their web site product description, it was fixed a few minutes later! Amazing!
I'm trying to get them to join MTC and offer discounts to members. They expressed an interest in doing so. Hopefully, that will be soon.

I set up my account on my phone app the day I took delivery and the points showed up about 2.5 weeks later.

1) set up an account on ford.com
2) download the ford pass app and log in through there. You can track points on it. You can access pretty much everything related to your account on there.
3) get the ford credit card and use it for as much of your down payment as you can. Pay it off immediately to save interest charges. If you put a certain amount on the car within the first X many days you get a bunch of points.
4) use the ford credit card to pay for your dealer maintenance appointments. It also pays points for using it pretty much anywhere but not as many.
I did this and it ended up paying for more than half the cost of dealer applied rhinoliner.
There is also something you can track called "milestones" which gets you things like free pickup and delivery for maintenance appointments at your dealer. You get milestones for buying a new ford and getting maintenance done by the dealer.
It's all on ford's website.

You get 42k points which is 210 bucks in real money I used it on bed liner mold and you dealer has to put in for the points . I think it’s way make sure people don’t try sell their points

call your dealer with questions, they put mine on the wrong account email (despite they actually put the app on my phone with my email being a part of it!). it took them some digging to figure out where they went (my points). I now have them though.

Yeah, you can, some online parts retailers will use your FordPass points. I believe Lakeland Ford is one as well as www.theoemparts.com

54 days til my one year anniversary for me and my Maverick. Aren’t points suppose to expire after a year? Got an oil change done on points and have about 3/4ths left over.
