Saw these wheels locally and looking to replace my wheels on my XL when it does come in someday! I know the XLT comes with 18"s, just wondering if these might fit. Bolt Pattern is right, just not sure if there is enough room for the taller and wider tires. Not sure about the offset either.

Range Rover Velar Wheels Bolt pattern is 5x108. Only 4k miles on them Like new condition 19 inch wheels 5x108 bolt pattern No bends, cracks or curb rash. Wheels are in excellent condition. Continental Cross Contact tires. 95% tired tread left. Tire size is 255/55/19 Does have Range Rover Tire pressures sensors installed (433mhtz) Stored indoors.

That's 30" Diameter, 10" wide tire.
Maverick 225/60-R18 is 29" Diameter and just under 9" wide
Wheel offset may be an issue.
Maybe test-drive one and check for brake caliper clearance and front wheel well clearance lock-to-lock.

I had considered some Velar wheels before I decided on the ones I ultimately ended up with (from an Escape). Here is a thread where the owner ran Range Rover wheels on his Mav. The forum search function is worthwhile, I remember finding a bunch of references to RR wheels.

These are another model of wheel from a Velar that looks similar. The dark satin gray color has a nice look to it.

Warning: Guessing and subjective input and unsolicited opinion(s) incoming !!!!

Guessing: 19x8.5 45ET ... which is fine for the Maverick. (Ref: I run 20x9ET45 fronts)
The tire size is where we get into a fitment game.

@stevj pointed out 30x10 for the tire ....if it doesn't rub immediately, it may on a full turn.
It may when you hit a bump (don't forget about driver side rear clearance - fuel filler)

My opinion - you got choices ...:
1. Don't buy them and find/buy the ones @Lane just posted - 'cause they look better!!

2. Buy them at a price you'd pay for wheels only - 'cause you might need to swap tires immediately if they rub anywhere.

..... ok .. i'm done!
Mostly useless ..but just trying to, at very least, give food for thought.

I watched eBay for months. The dark gray ones seem to be rare, and there had been more listed in the UK than in the US. The standard silver variety of that wheel are more common but they just don't have the same look. Sure, you can powdercoat or paint them, but you better make sure you love them and they fit perfectly before sinking that big extra cost into them.

When it comes to used wheels with a questionable tire size - finding a set locally would be ideal if the seller would allow them to be mounted on the Maverick and driven around the block. Or given a close inspection by crawling under each corner with a flashlight after being mounted. Might take a couple of bucks extra as incentive for a seller to allow this, but to me that would be worth it. I know you said you don't have the truck yet. But getting stuck with tires that I regret buying, not to mention their cost.... it's a tough choice.

2. Buy them at a price you'd pay for wheels only - 'cause you might need to swap tires immediately if they rub anywhere.
Great advice.

AFB, I like your attitude. And your up-front warning. In that vein, I will tell an amusing anecdote. Years ago, I was on sailboat forum. I asked a specific question about a specific item, let's say a winch. My first response was "I don't know anything about sailboat winches, but I got stung by a bee while looking at a sailboat." You guessed it, here came 43 posts on bee stings. Of course, since it was the same thread, I had to read all 43 of the stupid-ass responses. I was pissed. About a month later, I had another question, so I started my thread with "DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS POST UNLESS YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC SOLUTION." Well, a few goody twoshoes were highly offended, and the Administrator contacted me. I told him about the bee stink thread, and he kicked me off the forum. Ipso Fatso, to quote Archie Bunker.

I personally wouldn't risk it unless the price is very worth it (meaning the price is so cheap you can buy a different set of tires and sell the current ones mounted.)

As others have said, that's a fairly large tire, and you run a good risk of rubbing due to the (+45?) offset.
The other issue is with such a large wheel, your mileage is going to suffer which I assume is important to you since you got a hybrid.

Here's what I'd do:
shortlist some wheels/tires you really want
keep your eyes open on FB marketplace and ebay, check daily

I'm almost certain one of the wheels you really want will eventually pop up.

Good luck and keep us posted if you buy, it'll be a good data point for everyone here!

Aftermarket rims can be cool. But one really needs to know what they are doing when selecting them. I've had my share of custom rims. Wish you the best in your search. Be careful. Mistakes will cost you hundreds of dollars in suspension, clearance, alignment and bearing issues. Been there done that.

Tread carefully !
See what I did there!

Small spacers are always an option if offset not quite right.
People freak out on spacers , but the weight of these tiny things and as long as you keep cornering under 90mph the 14 mm studs torqued at what 140-150 lb/ft I think your fine !
Just make sure lug taper is not different.
So use right lugs!

Thanks for your input fellas! The person only wanted $450 for the Range Rover wheels and tires and they only had 4000 miles on them and thought it might have been worth a shot. I'll just keep looking for some Bronco Sport wheels. Truck was finally built this week, so I probably have a 4 week wait still. What's 4 more weeks after waiting 1 year and 7 months :D

Those are HUGE tires especially for not even being A/T's or M/T's.

I have no doubt they would rub. I think if you could talk them down on the wheels to around $300 then you can replace the tires,

Personally, I'd wait until you have your truck too.

Lastly, buy yourself a cheap tire depth gauge if you are buying used tires.

This is such an important point.
Its insane how many people claims to have tires with "80% tread" when they are more like 50% in reality.
