Land Rover tires and wheels

Good day all. I'm looking at a set of tires a wheels off a Land Rover . Bolt pattern and center bore match . My concern is it shows wheel width of 8" , with an offset of 55 mm. Wheels are 18 x 8 , tires are 235-60R18. Going on FWD Maverick. Anyone have experience with similar setup , or views on is this too much of an offset , or too large of a tire size for clearance ? These were 18x8 Bronze wheels (et 40) with 265/60/18 (no rubbing on stock suspension)

The Mach-E wheels are 18x7 (et 47.5) with 235/60/18

No rubbing on stock suspension? These will add 1" in height plus about 3/4" in width, correct?
